About the workshop
There is growing interest in the field of body psychotherapy. Inviting the body more directly into the therapeutic relationship can help to access the parts of a client’s experience that words cannot reach. This course will give you background theory on how and why body-centred techniques work, and ‘body listening’ skills to help you contact and work directly with the body.
Expect a mixture of theory, demonstration, experiential work and some fun.
